Enter the name you want for the LLC in order of preference. If the first name is not available, we will try the second and so on. Please choose a designator from the dropdown (default is LLC).
This is optional and not required by state of Delaware. However, you may want to include it on the Delaware State Certificate of Formation as having your name(s) on the state Certificate of Formation may help you open bank accounts or do other financial transactions.
Most attorneys recommend LLCs to be managed by Managers. Please choose if you want the LLC to be managed by Managers or Members.
Please enter the name(s) and address of the LLC's Manager(s)/ Member(s). Please add title as manager or member next to each name. It can be yourself. We will enter your name(s)/ address(s) on the Certificate of Formation. This is optional but we recommend entering the names and addreses on the Certificate of Formation as most banks want to see the bank account signers names on the entity formation documents.
