Note that State of Delaware doesn't require you to submit the names of the Directors but most banks want to see the bank account signers names on the Certificate of Incorporation. Therefore, we recommend that you enter the names of the Directors. Note that you can submit just one name as Director.
State of Delaware charges annual Franchise Tax based on total number of authorized shares. Up to 5000 authorized shares the annual frnchise tax is most minimum = $75. Therefore, by default, we register the corporations with this share structure. If you need to register your coproration with higher number of shares, please call us or go to our Contact page. Note: For larger number of shares State of Delware uses 'Assumed Par Value capital' metod to calculate Franchise tax.
