Barring any issues from State of Delaware, we will first receive and email you the entity's file number next business day. The Certificate of Formation documents from state of Delaware are usually sent by email in 3-5 business day. After formation, we help you with the next steps (such as obtaining the Tax ID (EIN) from the IRS, etc.)
